Club Advisor: Mr. Robb Fessler
Who can join the GSA?
We welcome all allies of the LGBTQ community, regardless of sexual orientation!
What does LGBTQ stand for?
LGBTQ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer.
When/where are the GSA meetings?
The GSA meets every Wednesday at 3:30 pm in room 208.
What happens in a typical meeting?
Usually, we'll discuss a current event or issue to open the meeting, and discuss and propose what our club can do around the school to raise awareness. We also plan fun events, such as movie nights and bake sales.
Why should you come?
The GSA is a safe environment for open discussion and accepts people of all sexual orientations. We hold insightful conversations and great events. Past events include the Day of Silence, poster campaigns, bake sales, movie nights, meetups with the GSAs of other schools, and more. ALSO, we have amazing snacks EVERY WEEK! (Our signature snack is the Cosmic Brownie, but we have other yummy food as well as a healthy alternative.)
