Manhasset Athletic Advisory Committee (MAAC)

MAAC serves as a liaison between the community and the Board regarding the District’s Secondary School interscholastic athletic program, primarily to advise the Athletic Director and the Board regarding policies and practices which affect or impact the interscholastic program, as well as the District’s athletic facilities. Members participate in standing sub-committees focused on Budget, Indoor Facilities, Outdoor Facilities, Athletic Department Personnel, and Communications.

The committee includes 15 community members representing a cross-section of residents with varying athletic experience within the District. The committee is currently full.
