Board of Education Recognizes Phoenix Student Staff for Earning REALM Award

At the Feb. 12 meeting, the Manhasset Board of Education proudly honored the student staff of The Phoenix, Manhasset Secondary School’s literary magazine, for their outstanding achievement. The publication recently earned a rating of Excellent in the 2025 National Council of Teachers of English Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) program, receiving national recognition for excellence in student writing and visual arts.
