Four of our students placed in the Long Island Junior Science and Humanities Symposium (JSHS) after being named semifinalists last month. The students presented their research at the Symposium on Sunday, Feb. 7 via Zoom.

Environmental Science Emily Ma (Grade 12) – 2nd Place Caitlin Kim (Grade 12) – 3rd Place
Physics John Kane (Grade 12) – 3rd Place
JSHS is a STEM competition that promotes original research and experimentation in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics at the high school level. A total of nine Secondary School students were named semifinalists earlier in the competition.
